Ho avuto urgenza di andarci semplicemente perché mi servivano i dati presenti sul telefono, per una sostituzione schermo si sono tenuti il mio telefono per oltre una settimana - con una chiamata effettuata una settimana dopo è conclusa com': “in giornata ti chiamo”, ovviamente indovinate chi non ha ricevuto alcuna chiamata? Dopo averli richiamati giovedì per ben due volte senza aver ricevuto risposta, mi sono recata in negozio per sentirmi dire: “Avevo detto che ti avrei chiamato io, comunque passa pomeriggio.” Lo schermo è stato montato male ed evidentemente di fretta, oserei dire dalle risposte del proprietario. Posso prendere il telefono e buttarlo, così come ho fatto con i 60€ che mi hanno richiesto e che ho speso senza aggiungere A, nonostante avessi tutti i buoni motivi del mondo per non pagarli nemmeno. Scortesi, poco professionali e per niente affidabili. Se avessi cambiato lo schermo da sola avrei fatto un lavoro migliore del loro. Il display presenta persino un puntino bianco impercettibile al tatto. Ah, dimenticavo: telefono consegnato con tanto di scatolo, alla consegna mi viene fornito in una bustina di plastica ambigua. Rispetto per i clienti zero. Pessimi. Bad experience. If you are in urgent need of having your phone repaired, avoid contacting them. I had an urgent need to go there simply because I needed the data on the phone, for a screen replacement they kept my phone for over a week - with a call made a week later it ended as: "I'll call you today", of course guess who didn't get any calls? After calling them back on Thursday twice without having received an answer, I went to the shop to be told: "I said I would call you, anyway it goes by afternoon." The screen was mounted poorly and evidently in a hurry, dare I say from the owner's responses. I can take the phone and throw it away, as I did with the € 60 they requested and I spent without adding A, despite having all the good reasons in the world not to even pay them. Rude, unprofessional and not at all reliable. If I had changed the screen myself I would have done a better job than theirs. The display even has a white dot that is imperceptible to the touch. Oh, I forgot: phone delivered complete with a box, on delivery it is supplied in an ambiguous plastic bag. Respect for zero customers. Bad.
