Personale cordiale, gentile e professionale. Ci tornerò senz’altro e lo consiglierò a molti. Definitely an experience to repeat. Valid wellness program and clean environments. The massage was the icing on the cake. Friendly, polite and professional staff. I will definitely go back and recommend it to many.

Grotta di sale grande e molto bella, massaggio relax total body fatto benissimo. Cortesia e attenzione per il cliente, pulizia accurata. Consigliato. Very nice place, professional staff. Massaggio rilassante ma poca professionalità dello staff che durante i 60 minuti della durata del massaggio, sin dall’inizio, ridacchiava e chiacchierava in alcuni momenti,cosa sgarbata nei nostri confronti che paghiamo un servizio per passare un ora di relax, mettendoci comunque a disagio in quel momento. Le aspettative erano altre. Overall, a very nice center with state-of-the-art equipment and well divided. Relaxing massage but lack of professionalism of the staff who during the 60 minutes of the duration of the massage, from the beginning, giggled and chatted in some moments, which is rude to us that we pay a service to spend an hour of relaxation, however making us uncomfortable in that moment. The expectations were different.

L'appuntamento era alle 17.15, mi avevano avvisato che il medico avrebbe fatto un pò di ritardo, ma alle 18:00 ancora non era arrivato il mio turno. Capisco gli imprevisti, ma 45min di ritardo mi sembrano proprio eccessivi anche per un'imprevisto. I had booked a pulmonary and spirometry examination. The appointment was at 5.15 pm, they warned me that the doctor would be a little late, but at 6.00 pm my turn had not yet arrived. I understand the unexpected, but 45min of delay seems to me just excessive even for an unexpected.
