★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi estremamente esagerati. 30 euro per un canarino mi sembra davvero eccessivo, dato che questi uccellini ne costano generalmente 15-20, massimo 21! Stessa cosa per i pesci rossi: per un esemplare di colore giallo è vergognoso spendere 3 euro. All'improvviso mi giro e vedo che le tartarughe piccole di acqua dolce costano 26 euro l'una!!! Esco dal negozio ancora impressionato dai prezzi. Se in futuro dovrò comprare altri canarini cambierò sicuramente negozio. Non voglio spendere un capitale per degli animali che in tutti i posti del mondo costano la metà.
Extremely exaggerated prices. 30 euros for a canary seems to me really excessive, since these birds generally cost 15-20, maximum 21! Same thing for goldfish: for a yellow specimen it is shameful to spend 3 euros. Suddenly I turn around and see that the small freshwater turtles cost 26 euros each !!! I leave the shop still impressed by the prices. If I have to buy more canaries in the future, I will definitely change shop. I don't want to spend a fortune on animals that cost half as much in all places in the world.

I bought some lovebirds, they ordered them for me, saleswoman and salesman I think if they are not the owners, I did not ask, but they are really super nice, great shop I recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna dire che i pesci son belli...molto sani ed ammettere che ci sono alcune composizioni di acquari molto carine, ma non siamo in una galleria di aquascaping, ma in un negozio, quindi la prima prerogativa è vendere e consigliare GIUSTAMENTE il cliente. Quindi consiglio primo che do al proprietario è....ascolta di cosa hanno bisogno i tuoi clienti e non solamente di cosa hai bisogno di vendergli... secondo consiglio cerca di essere un po più sorridente e meno saccente.
Io sono un aquascaper...che spende anche troppo in acquari, perché sono esigente nei miei acquisti... e sappi che con i tuoi modi hai perso un ottimo cliente...mi farò magari 1 ora di macchina ma andrò altrove.
It must be said that the fish are beautiful ... very healthy and admit that there are some very nice aquarium compositions, but we are not in an aquascaping gallery, but in a shop, so the first prerogative is to sell and RIGHTLY advise the customer. So the first piece of advice I give to the owner is .... listen to what your customers need and not just what you need to sell them ... second tip try to be a little more smiling and less knowing.
I am an aquascaper ... who spends too much on aquariums, because I am demanding in my purchases ... and know that with your ways you have lost an excellent customer ... I will maybe take 1 hour by car but I will go elsewhere.
