Mi hanno tenuto in stallo 24h asserendo scuse mentre vendevano la moto ad un altro per poi dire che c’era stato un disguido e non si erano capiti tra colleghi. Disonestà pura: il classico venditore all’italiana che pur di vendere inventa scuse di ogni tipo come Totò. La serietà è davvero rara e spero la Triumph tolga loro la licenza perché io mi sono appositamente fidato perché concessionario ufficiale ma stato trattato molto male. Fate attenzione girate lontano! STAY AWAY !!! They don't deserve to be an official Triumph dealer !! They stalled me for 24 hours by stating excuses while they were selling the bike to someone else and then saying that there had been a misunderstanding and they didn't understand each other between colleagues. Pure dishonesty: the classic Italian salesman who invents all kinds of excuses like Totò in order to sell. Seriousness is really rare and I hope Triumph will take the license out of them because I have purposely trusted me as an official dealer but I have been treated very badly. Be careful turn away!

Sono stato accolto con il massimo delle attenzioni e fino al giorno della consegna (avvenuta a mezzo corriere anch'egli di un disponibilità infinita!), sono stato seguito passo passo in tutta la procedura on-line di conferma dell'ordine. Ogni mia richiesta è stata puntualmente esaudita con il massimo dell'entusiasmo e della cortesia. I was welcomed with the utmost attention and until the day of delivery (which took place by courier also with infinite availability!), I was followed step by step throughout the procedure online order confirmation. My every request was promptly answered with the utmost enthusiasm and courtesy. Entrando nel loro store, da subito si capisce che hanno una marcia in più, cortesia, professionalità, disponibilità, praticamente il top! Ho ordinato la mia nuova Triumph STREET TWIN 2022... Moto addirittura consegnata a casa. Tutto lo staff di MotoBodema, mi ha seguito nella scelta e configurazione del mezzo, con attenzione ed estrema professionalità, sia in loco, sia successivamente via telematica. Che dire, assolutamente soddisfatto al 100%, soprattutto valutando le esperienze fatte altrove, sia in store Triumph che di altre marche concorrenti.
