Ho chiamato più volte per avere info su una moto e ti rispondono sempre che non è il momento adatto per poter parlare con un venditore. Invitano sempre ad andare in negozio pur sottolineando che la distanza è notevole per poter raggiungere il punto vendita. Non capisco. In un periodo di grande difficoltà come si possa snobbare un possibile cliente. Bah. Buona fortuna ... la meritano con tutto il cuore They seem to take no interest in the customer. Arriviamo e chiediamo di poter vedere queste moto, confusione totale, non sapevano di che parlavamo. La signora che credo sia la moglie del proprietario chiama un ragazzo che lavorava lì chiedendogli di queste moto, lui :quelle moto sono più di 2 anni che non ci sono più la colpa é di chi si occupa del sito.... Senza parole! Poi una di quelle moto c era ma il prezzo richiesto era notevolmente superiore da quello indicato sul sito, oltre al fatto che la moto essendo nuova ma un modello ero 3 non poteva essere immatricolata.... Secondo me un consiglio, un concessionario dovrebbe stare più attento essendo ufficiale suzuki My partner and I left from Rome to see the bikes that were on the site for accuracy 3 bikes .... Sembra che stiano li per farti un favore, si atteggiano senza dare assolutamente assistenza ne tanto meno cortesia e, se fai presente la tua insoddisfazione, ti rispondono di fare una lamentela alla casa madre... Sicuramente sconsigliato! Unreliable, incorrect and unprofessional. Not recommended, even the accessories store. Magari loro avrebbero potuto fare un reso o magari avrebbero potuto rivenderlo sicuramente più facilmente di un privato. Ci sono sembrati molto scorretti. Senza permesso l'hanno trasportata sulle ruote nell'officina di Latina e con la scusa di aver dimenticato le chiavi me l'hanno ridata sopo tre giorni come da foto e non solo. Ho presentato denuncia si carabinieri.... I took my bike to one of their workshops on via Nettunense to change the tires. Without permission they transported it on wheels to the Latina workshop and, with the excuse of having forgotten the keys, they gave it back to me after three days as shown in the photos and more. I filed a complaint with the Carabinieri ....
