Mi è stato risposto che non avevano un appartamento con le caratteristiche da me richieste e, anche solo per farmi sapere di eventuali nuove acquisizioni, dovevo subito dichiarare dove avrei preso i soldi per la caparra. Ho spiegato che questo non era un suo problema, e comunque non prima di avermi proposto qualcosa di mio interesse. Non è questo il modo di approcciare un cliente. Do una stella perché non posso dare zero. Aggiornamento: la risposta che mi avete dato in calce peggiora ulteriormente la mia opinione. Lei, egregio signore, ha posto domande fuori tempo e fuori luogo del tutto illecite verso clienti che sono entrati da tre minuti a chiedere solo informazioni. È stato invadente, offensivo e poco professionale e lo ha fatto basandosi unicamente sul nostro abbigliamento volutamente informale. Siamo entrati in altre agenzie in molte occasioni e nessuno mai si è spinto fino a questo segno di arroganza. E le assicuro che eravamo abbigliati nello stesso modo. Si dovrebbe vergognare. I was told that they did not have an apartment with the characteristics I requested and, if only to let me know of any new acquisitions, I had to immediately declare where I would get the money for the deposit. I explained that this was not his problem, and in any case not before proposing something of my interest. This is not the way to approach a customer. I give a star because I cannot give zero. Update: the answer you gave me at the bottom further worsens my opinion. Dear Sir, you have asked questions out of time and out of place, completely illicit to customers who have only been in for three minutes to ask for information. He was intrusive, offensive and unprofessional and did so based solely on our deliberately informal attire. We have joined other agencies on many occasions and no one has ever gone so far as this sign of arrogance. And I assure you we were dressed the same way. You should be ashamed.
