Finalmente ho trovato un'agenzia che mi ha spiegato e tutelato senza assillarmi come invece mi è capitato con altre agenzie. Nessuno mi voleva subordinare la proposta al mutuo, invece loro mi hanno consigliato su tutto: dal broker per il mutuo, al notaio, all'azienda di traslochi e il tutto è andato a buon fine. Colgo l'occasione per fare i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff e alla gentile sig.na Claudia, in quanto si sono dimostrati molto professionali, venendo incontro alle mie esigenze. Se devo trovare un lato negativo, in alcuni appuntamenti erano in ritardo; ma per questo tipo di lavoro, credo sia comprensibile. E del resto vista la tutela che danno ai loro clienti, se aspetto 5 minuti in più, per me non ci sono problemi. Complimenti e continuate così! Really an agency different from the others! I rely on Professionecasa di Opera, when I decide to buy a house. Finally I found an agency that explained and protected me without harassing me as it happened to me with other agencies. Nobody wanted me to subordinate the proposal to the mortgage, instead they advised me on everything: from the broker for the mortgage, to the notary, to the moving company and everything went well. I take this opportunity to congratulate all the staff and the kind Miss Claudia, as they have proven to be very professional, meeting my needs. If I have to find a downside, in some appointments they were late; but for this type of work, I think it's understandable. And besides, given the protection they give to their customers, if I wait 5 minutes longer, there are no problems for me. Congratulations and keep it up!
