L'agente con il quale ho avuto l'ultimo appuntamento non solo non ha avvisato del ritardo, motivo per il quale ho deciso di non attendere, ma nemmeno si è degnato di scusarsi ed è stato estremamente arrogante.
Avevo già avuto un esempio di poca serietà da questa agenzia, ho dato loro una possibilità , meglio non ripetere direi.
