★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 anni di affitto con riscatto, 10 giorni dalla data del rogito, scopriamo che l'agenzia non aveva mai neanche controllato che i documenti dell'appartamento fossero in regola, e abbiamo dovuto fare al volo una DIA per poter registrare delle modifiche fatte all'immobile anni prima e non registrate sulle planimetrie.
Oltre a far incontrare venditore ed acquirente (e prendere la provvigione da entrambe) l'agenzia dovrebbe perlomeno occuparsi di queste cose.
After 4 years of rent with redemption, 10 days from the date of the deed, we discover that the agency had never even checked that the documents of the apartment were in order, and we had to do a DIA on the fly to be able to record the changes made to the property years before and not recorded on the floor plans.
In addition to bringing the buyer and seller together (and taking the commission from both) the agency should at least take care of these things.

Ho chiesto la planimetria di una casa che avevo visionato,mi viene mandata quella di un altro civico e quando chiedo spiegazioni,la Sig.ra Emma mi risponde "cosa interessa a lei? I documenti al momento della proposta saranno corretti".e quando faccio notare che volevo fare una proposta,e quindi vedere la planimetria per la casa che ho visto e non un altra,non mi risponde più e sparisce nel nulla. direi che non c è altro da aggiungere.
Honestly, I read about a lot of professionalism, but unfortunately I can't confirm. I asked for the floor plan of a house that I had viewed, the one of another house is sent to me and when I ask for an explanation, Ms Emma replies "what are you interested in? The documents will be correct at the time of the proposal". notice that I wanted to make a proposal, and then see the floor plan for the house I saw and not another one, he no longer answers me and disappears into thin air. I would say that there is nothing more to add.
