In una spedizione di 3 colli (e sottolineo 3) tragitto da Mantova a Melzo siete stati capaci di inviare un collo da un'altra parte. 2 colli bloccati a Tribiano ed un'altro che vaga per l'Italia non si sa dove perchè è irrintracciabile! Le due filiali di veri geni, si rimbalzano la palla dall'uno all'altro. Signori dovreste perdere il vostro posto di lavoro da dipendenti rubastipendio, per capire che i vostri disguidi come li chiamate voi, sono soldi fermi, di merce già pagata che non si può vendere per la vostra incompetenza, soldi di liberi professionisti che fanno una fatica incredibile per guadagnarsi da vivere soprattutto in questo periodo. Vergognatevi!! Zero stelle per voi, anche se ci obbligano a metterne una perchè di meno non si può e non potremmo far sapere a tutti la vergogna del vostro servizio! You are a bunch of bandits! Shame on you! In an expedition of 3 packages (and I stress 3) journey from Mantua to Melzo you were able to send a package somewhere else. 2 hills blocked in Tribiano and another one wandering around Italy, no one knows where because it is untraceable! a	andrea v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho bisogno di info su un ritiro. Tentato di chiamarvi più volte ma appena si prende la linea (dopo più di 15 minuti) si sente che buttate giù la chiamata. Successo per 3 volte consecutive. Fortunatamente dopo aver parlato con un operatore gentile ho sistemato il problema I need information on a withdrawal. Attempted to call you several times but as soon as you take the line (after more than 15 minutes) you hear that you drop the call. Success 3 times in a row. Fortunately, after talking to a nice operator I fixed the problem
C	Casa Tito&Tati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre....peggior società di consegna in Italia senza parlare del servizio clienti quando si chiama dicono di attendere nel mentre cade la linea ,non comprerò mai più da chi si serve di GLS per le consegne. Dicono consegna in 24h ne passeranno 72h se va bene . Ho ordinato un pacco dalla Spagna lo stesso giorno ed è già arrivato non è GLS. Mai più solo disservizi. As always .... worst delivery company in Italy not to mention customer service when you call they say to wait while the line drops, I will never buy from those who use GLS for deliveries again. They say delivery in 24h it will take 72h if all goes well. I ordered a parcel from Spain on the same day and it has already arrived it's not GLS. No more just inefficiencies.
S	Sandra Pignatelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche oggi sto aspettando il corriere della GLS con la quale eravamo d'accordo per il ritiro in mattinata. Chiamando l'azienda nel primo pomeriggio mi sono sentita rispondere, per l'ennesima volta, che il corriere era passato ma non aveva trovato nessuno (?). La stessa cosa è successa la scorsa settimana per una consegna. Io sono in pensione e se c'è una consegna in programma sicuramente sono a casa e con un citofono che è impossibile non sentire. Tutti gli altri corrieri mi hanno trovata in casa. Segnalerò anche all'azienda dove faccio gli ordini che sarebbe meglio non utilizzare questo corriere

Nella mia esperienza il 100% delle volte succede che il giorno in cui devono consegnare non lo fanno e nella pagina di tracking viene indicato che sono passati e non hanno trovato nessuno e che la consegna verrà effettuata il giorno successivo. Questa scusa poteva funzionare prima della pandemia, quando quasi tutti eravamo in ufficio ma ora che la gente lavora in smart working e sta tutto il giorno in casa capite bene che la scusa non può funzionare. È sistematico, su tutte le spedizioni fanno questo giochetto. È ora che qualche responsabile di gls faccia qualche controllo, sempre che non facciano parte del giochetto anche loro... Buying very often on the web I find myself dealing with the courier gls of the Tribiano office almost daily. In my experience it happens 100% of the time that the day they have to deliver they don't and the tracking page indicates that they have passed and they have not found anyone and that the delivery will be done the next day. This excuse could have worked before the pandemic, when almost everyone was in the office but now that people work in smart working and stay at home all day, you understand that the excuse cannot work. It is systematic, on all expeditions they play this game. It's time for some gls manager to do some checking, as long as they're not part of the game too ...
