Il personale sempre acvogliente e super paziente, pronto a rispondere a tutte le tue domande e soprattutto a guidarti e consigliarti al neglio nell'organizzazione del tuo viaggio. Davvero persone preparate dalla professionalità indiscussa punto di riferimento per qualsiasi problema anche durante i viaggi. Non ti senti mai soli. Prezzi molto buoni con un ottimo rapporto qualità. Consigliatissima.
Small yes, but make your travels great. I had a great time. The staff are always welcoming and super patient, ready to answer all your questions and above all to guide and advise you in the organization of your trip. Really people prepared by the undisputed professionalism point of reference for any problem even during travel. You never feel alone. Very good prices with an excellent quality ratio. Per cause indipendenti dalla nostra volontà abbiamo dovuto annullare una prenotazione ed abbiamo potuto contare sulla grande disponibilità e cortese professionalità della agenzia ed in particolare della sig.ra Romina, della sede di Tencarola. Ci ha seguiti in tutto il periodo necessario a risolvere le incombenze burocratiche ed abbiamo apprezzato ancora una volta la qualità umana e professionale di cui già avevamo avuto prova in occasione di precedenti esperienze.
An agency appreciates it when everything is fine, but you value it when a problem occurs. For reasons beyond our control we had to cancel a reservation and we were able to count on the great availability and courteous professionalism of the agency and in particular of Mrs. Romina, of the Tencarola office. He followed us throughout the period necessary to solve the bureaucratic tasks and we once again appreciated the human and professional quality that we had already had proof of in previous experiences.
