Inizialmente ero un po' scoraggiata a chiedere una proposta per la distanza dalla mia abitazione con l'agenzia ma, a differenza di altre agenzie vicine, ho ricevuto un servizio nettamente superiore. Tramite mail, messaggi o telefono, ho avuto tutte le informazioni e soprattutto ho gestito tutte le pratiche di prenotazione e pagamenti senza recarmi in agenzia (fattore molto importante per chi deve organizzare spostamenti con bambini piccoli a seguito). Ho trovato una persona davvero disponibile che si è distinta, rispetto ad altre agenzie alle quali avevo chiesto preventivi analoghi, soprattutto per la competenza, disponibilità e professionalità sapendo spiegarmi la differenza tra strutture e prezzi e, di fondamentale importanza, aver trovato una soluzione in linea con il budget prefissato. La struttura consigliata è stata all'altezza delle aspettative da lei prospettate per una vacanza di una famiglia con bambini.
