Spinti dai molti pareri positivi, abbiamo preso appuntamento in agenzia per valutare opzioni di honeymoon e pochi minuti di conversazione ci sono bastati per capire che eravamo nel posto giusto. Professionalità, consigli e cura dei dettagli hanno fatto sì che io e mia moglie partissimo in totale serenità. E un grazie particolare a Sofia! The perfect place if you are looking for a trip to remember for a lifetime. Driven by the many positive opinions, we made an appointment at the agency to evaluate honeymoon options and a few minutes of conversation were enough to understand that we were in the right place. Ci siamo affidati a loro per il nostro viaggio di nozze alle Seychelles e, pur mettendo a disposizione un budget più che adeguato, siamo rimasti decisamente delusi. Su tre resort selezionati, ben due erano in fase di piena ristrutturazione. Rumore insopportabile dalla mattina alla sera, servizi base non garantiti, cene in ristoranti improvvisati tra impalcature ed operai,... e assistenza in loco pari a zero da parte di FirstViaggi. Non è certamente colpa loro se gli hotel hanno deciso di ristrutturare, ma da un agenzia mi aspetto che sia informata su ciò che accade nelle strutture che propongono.... Essendo un subacqueo avevo chiesto all'agenzia di suggerirmi una meta adeguata per poi scoprire, solo una volta arrivato a destinazione, che i diving center in quel periodo sconsigliavano le immersioni per via delle correnti molto forti e della visibilità prossima allo zero. Se questo significa essere un'agenzia di viaggi... molto meglio prenotare voli ed hotel su booking! Chiaramente chi ha seguito la nostra "pratica", una volta ricevute le lamentele, si è ben guardato dal risponderci e cercare di risolvere la situazione. Ad oggi, a 3 mesi circa dal nostro ritorno, non ho ricevuto mezza chiamata, mail o sms di riscontro. Sconsigliata! Disastrous. We relied on them for our honeymoon in the Seychelles and, despite providing a more than adequate budget, we were definitely disappointed. Out of three selected resorts, two were undergoing full refurbishment. Unbearable noise from morning to night, unsecured basic services, dinners in makeshift restaurants amidst scaffolding and workers, ... and zero on-site assistance from FirstViaggi. It is certainly not their fault that the hotels have decided to renovate, but I expect an agency to be informed about what is happening in the properties they offer .... Being a diver I asked the agency to suggest a suitable destination and then discovered, only once I arrived at my destination, that the diving centers at that time did not recommend diving due to the very strong currents and visibility close to zero. If this means being a travel agency ... much better to book flights and hotels on booking! Clearly, those who followed our "practice", once they received the complaints, were careful not to answer us and try to resolve the situation. To date, about 3 months after our return, I have not received half a call, email or text message. Not recommended!
m	massimo ranzato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non è stata una sorpresa perche consigliati da piu persone, alla fine ci siamo trovati benissimo e hanno superato comunque le aspettative. lasciatevi ispirare e consigliare a occhi chiusi it was not a surprise because recommended by several people, in the end we had a great time and still exceeded expectations. let yourself be inspired and advise with your eyes closed

E' stata un'esperienza bellissima!!! Hotel lussuosissimi ad un prezzo onesto, escursioni indimenticabili e sono sempre stati reperibili e disponibili per qualsiasi informazione!!! Ora attendiamo con ansia il grande viaggio (America e Polinesia) nel 2022, curiosissimi di partire per questa grande avventura, la nostra vera Luna di Miele, sempre con FirstViaggi... Settimana scorsa siamo andati in agenzia per chiedere delle informazioni riguardanti una meta per una vacanza,abbiamo parlato con un tipo che ci ha risposto che entro Lunedì o Martedì di questa settimana ci avrebbe mandato tutto via mail,siamo a Mercoledì sera e,nonostante ieri è passato mio moroso a ricordargli che non ci avevano ancora mandato niente e poi Io stamattina ho chiamato,ci hanno risposto allo stesso modo,ma senza nessun riscontro perché alla fine non ci hanno mandato un bel niente. Agenzia sconsigliatissima perché 0 professionalità e 0 rispetto verso dei clienti che si appoggiano a voi,vergognatevi,siete da fallimento! Last week we went to the agency to ask for information regarding a destination for a holiday, we talked to a guy who replied that by Monday or Tuesday of this week he would send us everything by e-mail, we are on Wednesday evening and, although yesterday is my boyfriend passed by to remind him that they hadn't sent us anything yet and then I called this morning, they answered us in the same way, but without any feedback because in the end they didn't send us anything. Agency highly discouraged because 0 professionalism and 0 respect for customers who rely on you, shame on you, you are a failure!
l	luca ravinetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ci siamo trovati strabene, anche se il periodo non era facile ci hanno aiutato a scegliere e messo tanta tranqullita, soprattutto a mia morosa e di conseguenza anche a me. alla fine siamo stati in sardegna viste le restrizioni per la nostra meta che era l'america, servizio fantastico e torneremo presto per fare anche il viaggio che non siamo riusciti a fare perche ci avete fatto sognare anche solo a vederlo nel vostro super schermo. grazie ancora di tutto voto 100! we found ourselves very well, even if the period was not easy they helped us to choose and put a lot of peace of mind, especially to my girlfriend and consequently to me too. in the end we were in sardinia given the restrictions for our destination which was america, fantastic service and we will be back soon to make the trip that we were unable to do because you made us dream just to see it on your super screen. thanks again for everything vote 100!
