In seven years I needed the doctor just twice to send me referrals via e-mail. She always treated me badly, rude and without pomp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scusate questa mattina ed anche pochi minuti fa, ho provato a telefonare, in segreteria centrale, per una richiesta di una ricetta per un farmaco...ma non mi risponde nessuno. Ma sono in ferie, sapete qualcosa? Strano che mi lasciano in attesa così tanto, di solito mi risponde sempre qualche segretaria.
Cque sia io e mia madre ci siamo sempre trovate bene, anche con la dottoressa Papi. Le segretarie di medicina integrata, sono gentili, quando hai bisogno ti fanno richiamare dalla dottoressa. Le impegnative, sempre corrette e disponibili dal giorno dopo in farmacia.
Sorry this morning and even a few minutes ago, I tried to call the central secretariat for a request for a prescription for a drug ... but no one answers me. But I'm on vacation, do you know something? Strange that they leave me waiting so long, usually some secretary always answers me.
Both my mother and I have always found each other well, even with Dr. Papi. The secretaries of integrated medicine are kind, they make you call back to the doctor when you need them. The challenging ones, always correct and available from the next day at the pharmacy.
