Dopo un mese e mezzo di attesa, anche se preventivato, mi è stata cancellata la prenotazione perché i miei orari di lavoro sono incompatibili con delle eventuali sedute. Questo però ho dovuto chiederlo nella seconda chiamata, perché durante la prima mi è solo stato detto che, non potendo io uscire dall'ufficio prima delle 18, mi avrebbero cancellato la prenotazione. Sono stata liquidata in due frasi, dopo una lista d'attesa che, per una persona che richiede aiuto psicologico è davvero lunga e pesante da sopportare. Non contenta, mea culpa, ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi hanno risposto che, di fatto è solo colpa mia per aver dato una disponibilità che, avendo trovato lavoro successivamente, non avevo più. Insomma, oltre al danno, la beffa. La risposta che mi sono sentita dare? "Non posso aiutarla". Ottimo per un consultorio che dovrebbe dare proprio questo genere di supporto D'altro canto non posso pretendere molto, visto che pare io sia una privilegiata ad avere un lavoro e che quindi, leggendo tra le righe, io non ho diritto ad avere un aiuto. Ti fanno sentire un numero. Ho resistito fino al 7 mese di gravidanza poi ho cambiato. Non accontentatevi di questo atteggiamento solo perché siete in consultorio.
