Un menu interessante che soddisfa sia piatti di pesce che di carne. Buona la cantina. Personale molto attento e gentile... come ultima chicca lo chef (bravissimo) si é scomodato per venire ad ascoltare che cosa ne pensassimo e per avere un confronto. Prezzi giusti. Spero che cuore e midollo possa presto avere il riconoscimento che merita e che questa situazione di pandemia sta penalizzando. Forza !!!
A pleasant surprise. A high standard restaurant with beautiful dishes with interesting and well balanced tastes. Well processed quality raw materials. An interesting menu that satisfies both fish and meat dishes. The cellar is good. Very attentive and kind staff ... as a last gem the chef (very good) has bothered to come and listen to what we thought and to have a comparison. Fair prices. I hope that the heart and marrow will soon have the recognition it deserves and that this pandemic situation is penalizing. Force !!!

Abbiamo preso il menù del pranzo ad un prezzo onesto e abbordabile, tuttavia consiglio di migliorare la cucina, perché la carbonara era un po' annacquata e insipida, e le patate bruciate, oltre alle porzioni molto piccole soprattutto nei contorni, in cui si poteva abbondare un po' di più. Consiglio anche di aggiungere più piatti per vegetariani e vegani. Secondo me ha un buon potenziale con margine di miglioramento?
Nice modern venue located in the center of Gallarate. We took the lunch menu at an honest and affordable price, however I recommend improving the kitchen, because the carbonara was a bit watered down and tasteless, and the burnt potatoes, in addition to the very small portions especially in the side dishes, in which you could be abundant a little more. I also recommend adding more vegetarian and vegan dishes. In my opinion it has good potential with room for improvement?

I think you can't go wrong with any plate you order here at Cuore & Midollo
