È vero, ho sbagliato io a non prendere il piatto del giorno, solo che le penne alla gricia con la panna non mi sono sembrate una gran proposta. Come dice Cannavacciuolo, addios . V	Vale Echelon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È difficile scrivere una recensione su questo locale, poiché c'è stata una differenza abissale tra il servizio (praticamente inesistente) e la cucina (ottima). Eravamo in 4, ci hanno fatto accomodare e ci hanno mostrato il qr code del menù, fin qui tutto bene... Da quel momento in poi non siamo stati più considerati per UN'ORA, mentre uno dei camerieri chiacchierava tranquillamente con dei ragazzi accanto al nostro tavolo senza degnarci di uno sguardo... Ho dovuto chiedere io di ordinare, anche perché essendo fuori faceva molto freddo e stavamo cominciando ad innervosirci... Detto ciò, i piatti sono molto validi, con ingredienti di buona qualità esaltati nel gusto dalla loro preparazione, i prezzi tutto sommato sono nella norma tranne qualche eccezione (vini e fiorentina un po' cari a mio avviso)... Per il mix di esperienze dò due stelle, non è affatto bello da cliente ricevere questo trattamento... I had to ask to order, also because being outside it was very cold and we were starting to get nervous ... Having said that, the dishes are very good, with good quality ingredients enhanced in taste by their preparation, the prices are all in the norm with some exceptions (wines and Florentine a bit expensive in my opinion) ... For the mix of experiences I give two stars, it is not at all nice as a customer to receive this treatment ...

Sicuramente non lo vivo come un posto dove andare tutti i giorni, ma uno sfizio vale la pena toglierselo ogni tanto... Buona la selezione di vini e distillati, decisamente da intenditori che non badano a spese per avere la qualità. Definitely a particular place where quality is not lacking, but where, and just to know, the prices are high. Good selection of wines and spirits, definitely for connoisseurs who spared no expense for quality.
