L'emergenza Covid é stata sfruttata fino al parossismo per procrastinare all'infinito appuntamenti e pratiche con il solo scopo a mio avviso di tenere aperti due conti correnti e poterci guadagnare sopra. Ho spesso avuto la sensazione che le direttive del cliente venissero sistematicamente ignorate. Di fatto è la banca che gestisce tempi e modi. I contatti telefonici con il proprio gerente erano impossibili, perché o non rispondeva nessuno, o partivano assurdi messaggi dalla segreteria telefonica. I messaggi lasciati al numero generale della filiale venivano accolti con sufficienza e quasi mai si veniva richiamati. Superficialità e disinteresse nel curare i rapporti con i clienti, specie se anziani. Ciliegina sulla torta il residuo sul conto corrente di mia madre è stato trattenuto dalla banca alla chiusura del conto e a tutt'oggi non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna spiegazione in merito,su una operazione che lascia molte perplessità. Ovviamente abbiamo chiuso tutti i rapporti con questo istituto di credito, ma resta l'amaro in bocca. Sembra impossibile che nel 2020 in questo paese le banche lavorino ancora in questo modo e con questo atteggiamento. Sconsiglio vivamente. Bad experience. I have often felt that the client's directives were systematically ignored. In fact, it is the bank that manages times and methods. Telephone contacts with your manager were impossible, because either no one answered, or absurd messages were sent from the answering machine. Messages left at the branch general number were greeted with disdain and almost never called back. Superficiality and disinterest in taking care of relationships with customers, especially if they are elderly. To top it off, the balance on my mother's current account was held by the bank when the account was closed and to date we have not received any explanation on this, on an operation that leaves many perplexities. Obviously we have closed all relations with this credit institution, but a bad taste remains in the mouth. It seems impossible that in 2020 the banks in this country will still work in this way and with this attitude. I strongly advise against.
