★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un locale particolare... molto caldo e accogliente, atmosfera famigliare: Angelo e sua moglie sono simpaticissimi... con loro ci si sente come a casa... degli nonni. si mangia bene, ottima cucina casalinga, con prodotti tipici, ricette della cucina tipica locale e Toscana, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Noi ci andiamo un paio di volte all'anno a mangiare una bella bistecca, veramente una carne squisita, con contorno di insalata fresca. Consiglio anche i pici fatti a mano al ragù cortonese, naturalmente tutto con il vino di casa.
 A particular place ... very warm and welcoming, family atmosphere: Angelo and his wife are very nice ... with them it feels like home ... of the grandparents. you eat well, excellent home cooking, with typical products, recipes of typical local and Tuscan cuisine, excellent value for money. We go there a couple of times a year to eat a nice steak, truly delicious meat, with a side dish of fresh salad. I also recommend the handmade pici with Cortonese ragù, of course all with the house wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osteria di una volta. 5 tavoli, proprietari d'epoca, cucina senza fronzoli. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, socializzati con le altre persone ridendo a crepapelle delle battute del signor Antonio (proprietario nonché factotum mentre la moglie cucina).
Tavern of the past. 5 tables, period owners, no frills cuisine. We ate very well, socialized with other people laughing out loud at the jokes of Mr. Antonio (owner and factotum while his wife cooks).

Pranzi con loro e con il piacere della cucina di una volta. Piatti semplici e gustosi. Il prezzo? In questi casi non vale nulla, in due 55€. Ma ribadisco e un esperienza e. Non un pranzo.
5 stars for the tenacity and friendliness of the two owners Angiolino and Graziella close to 80. It is not a restaurant, it is not a trattoria, but a house open to travelers.
