★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un'abbuffata tradizionale di gnocco fritto e tigelle (o come in altre zone si chiamano crescentine, abbiamo capito no?) è uno dei posti giusti, soprattutto per i borlenghi.
Anche i primi, nonostante la scelta sia ridotta, non sono male.
Nel menu i borlenghi sono anche speciali con vari condimenti particolari (mai visti su un borlengo) e dolci.
Borlenghi alternativi anche per chi è vegetariano.
Peccato solo per la mancanza di umidi da accompagnamento.
Il personale è cordiale e veloce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritornato in questo locale dopo 30 anni, direi che quello che ho mangiato sua buono, il borlengo non ho fatto la foto ma direi ottimo, i tortellini alla panna e la grigliata di carne pure, allego foto. Per un giudizio più dettagliato dovrei tornarci ad assaggiare altri piatti.
Returning to this place after 30 years, I would say that what I ate its good, the borlengo I did not take the photo but I would say excellent, the tortellini with cream and the grilled meat as well, I am attaching photos. For a more detailed judgment I should go back to try other dishes.

The restaurateur has also had his 15min as he has collaborated with Massimo Bottura in various project.
And dont forget to order the gelato with balsamic vinegar!
