★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clamorosa! Il Diablo é il gestore: simpaticissimo e molto abile a consigliare, offre intrattenimento durante tutta la permanenza nel locale. I piatti sono gourmet e cucinati con cura e con ottimi ingredienti freschi (gnocchi allo zafferano con pancetta croccante e erba cipollina e tagliolini al cavolo verde con patate schiacciate e pecorino). La scelta di vino è ampia e i calici sono a dir poco XXL. A fine pasto il Diablo porta il "Caramelo": un punch de rum di Maiorca straordinario e lascia la bottiglia sul tavolo in modo che si possa fruirne a piacere. Consigliatissima!
 Sensational! Il Diablo is the manager: very nice and very good at advising, he offers entertainment during the entire stay in the restaurant. The dishes are gourmet and cooked with care and with excellent fresh ingredients (saffron gnocchi with crispy bacon and chives and noodles with green cabbage with mashed potatoes and pecorino cheese). The choice of wine is wide and the glasses are XXL to say the least. At the end of the meal, the Diablo brings the "Caramelo": an extraordinary Mallorcan punch de rum and leaves the bottle on the table so that you can enjoy it at will. Highly recommended!

The owners were very generous and friendly and went over-and-above what would be expected, even of a great restaurant. Clearly they care about giving their customers an outstanding dining experience.
