Bella esperienza: qualità del cibo e delle materie prime di Buon livello, ambiente elegante, servizio al tavolo di buon livello. Il menù è ben articolato con piatti della tradizione e proposte innovative senza però cadere nell'assurdo, anche la carta dei vini è interessante. Esperienza da ripetere !! Si parti con gnocco e culatello e tortino di parmigiano su letto di crema di spinaci. Come primi tortelloni alla zucca e pancetta e paccheri zucchina e pesce spada. Di secondo tagliata di manzo con rucola e filetto di manzo zucchine e riduzione di sangiovese. Per finire tortino al cioccolato con cuore caldo con gelato alla vaniglia e mascarpone con torta al cioccolato. Il tutto innaffiato da un buon lambrusco locale. Inside the hotel La Cartiera there is a restaurant with a slightly retro look, but with good dishes. Leave with gnocco and culatello and parmesan pie on a bed of spinach cream. As first tortelloni with pumpkin and pancetta and courgette and swordfish paccheri. Second course of beef with rocket and courgette beef fillet and sangiovese reduction. Finally chocolate cake with a warm heart with vanilla ice cream and mascarpone with chocolate cake. All washed down with a good local Lambrusco.

Mio marito ha dovuto aiutare la cameriera a stappare il vino in quanto lei sembrava non aver mai visto un cavatappi in vita sua . I piatti erano tutti ricchissimi di aglio dall’ antipasto ai secondi. Uno dei commensali ha ricevuto il proprio piatto dopo che gli altri avevano già terminato i loro… meglio McDonald Bad everything. Embarrassing service. Sul centro benessere niente da dire se non per la chiusura del bagno turno causa normative covid.. La vera pecca è il ristorante dove l'organizzazione di sicuro non è di casa. .Camerieri che seppur gentili e disponibili non sapevano ogni volta dove portare le pietanze e dove molte volte arrivava prima il secondo che il primo.. Attese lunghissime per ogni piatto.. Dico solo che per i primi abbiamo atteso 2 ore e mezza.. Situazione imbarazzante e surreale con molte coppie che finito l'antipasto si prendevano su e andavano via vista la lunga attesa.. Insomma un disastro.. E un vero peccato perché le portate non erano neanche male e c'era la qualità.. Ma come detto prima manca un organizzazione dietro a tutto questo.. Non tornerò mai più sicuramente...
