★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience in this trattoria has been normal. I was honestly expecting more from it but the overall value is incredibly high. Let's make clear you are not going to have food like in a michelin restaurant but the bill (20 euro for a 3 course menu) will allow you to eat like this 10 times more! THe service is rather slow and the only waitress is doing her best to cope with the Friday evening clients. I am not surprised she didn't smile at all and she was not too friendly. I am equally not surprised we had to wait 1 hour to start eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic little find away from the tourist centre of Modica. Worth the walk. Don't be put off by the old school décor, the food here is as authentic as it is good value. We had an antipasto to share, 2 primi, a quarter litre of red wine, large bottle of sparkling water and 2 coffees for €26. Excellent pasta, waitress was very welcoming and patient with our poor Italian.

Only a waitress, the owner and a chef probably, as a matter of fact the service was bit slow, but probably due to all tables occupied on a Tuesday lunch! So better of you call to reserve, just in case! Parking is available only 200m away from the restaurant. Prices where very acceptable!
