As non-italian speakers it was difficult to order as there is no menu; the chef describes each dish rather than relying on a written menu. This meant we recieved a lot of food we did not expect at an unknown price and one of us doesn't eat (the sharing starter, a LOT of food for just one to get through!) What he is doing is very interesting and high-end, and given he also serves the tables he deserves high praise but sadly we did not fully enjoy the experience. The seabass in crunchy potato was a little strange, the fish not well cooked inside, and tried too hard but the shellfish was very fresh and very reasonable (just not clear). Our bill came to 42 Euro for one sharing starter and one main with water (we cancelled the second main after one of us ate the starter in full!) which is expensive for lunch but OK considering the amount of seafood served. A real treat if you are very into seafood and are happy to eat octopus/fish eggs/oysters etc.
C	Claire Mamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food. Antipasto is plentiful highly recommend to it give it a try. The food is given an unusual touch, the chef patron takes pride in explaining the combination of the ingredients. Worth a try!

We entered into the place which is much smaller than what we thought and there were only other two persons eating there. The cave is nice but prob generates some humidity that contributes to the smell of mold which is not at all pleasant when eating. The most disastrous part of this place is without doubt the service - the guy there should clearly do something else, he was unprepared on the menu, had no clue about the wines, did not explain any dish when brought (for instance the bread with different flours what if any of us had allergies?) Food: we ordered some crudités platter for 2. The guy brought out one for four and we were charged 60 euros just for that. Now I understand the owner may have wanted to offload some fish given the lack of clientele but the waiter has to ask or give some sort of indication. In addition, I doubt all the fish was fresh (impossible to have such variety fresh) and if frozen it should be specified on the menu. Same with the pasta with fish where the fish seemed frozen and it came out so hot it seemed out of a microwave. Finally, the sea bass in teriyaki sauce was rolled (why) and the sauce was not perceived. Wine list is also very poor but is in line with the service and cuisine. I had good expectations but was totally disappointed. I think a lot has to change if they want to survive.
