Si percepisce l’utilizzo materie prime di qualità (la carne soprattutto) e un buon livello in cucina. Vasta scelta di vini del territorio, con bottiglie di livello. Nota dolente il servizio: avevamo ordinato antipasto, tagliata e bollito misto. Antipasto arrivato subito, bollito misto perfetto arrivato dopo l’antipasto, ma la tagliata no. L’altro commensale ha fatto in tempo a finire il bollito, gli hanno anche sparecchiato il piatto e io ancora ero senza tagliata. Dopo averla chiesta di nuovo ho comunque dovuto attendere più di 15 min… Insomma non ci siamo. Peccato… Good but ... Trattoria solo di nome, sembrava la sala di in ristorante stellato, porzioni piccole per il prezzo sul menu, chiedo di fare una variazione e di togliere da in piatto la noce moscata perché allergico, mi dicono che non si può, al tavolo affianco poco dopo alla presa della comanda una signora chiede di togliere dal proprio piatto il tartufo e viene accontentata. Insomma magari loro sono clienti abituale del ristorante ed io no, ma tutti i clienti sono uguali!!!!!!! Today we took a tour of Novara and went to have lunch in this restaurant. Ero curioso di assaggiare la pizza al padellino come antipasto visto le foto viste su internet ma nel menù non lo trovato (magari errore mio..) . Se il dolce fosse stato un po’ più decorato avrei sicuramente messo 5 stelle! Per il resto tutto perfetto e prezzo giustissimo , molto consigliato Beautiful experience! Delicacies to say the least perfect, the ravioli del plin are certainly homemade and fantastic. I was curious to taste the pan pizza as an appetizer given the photos seen on the internet but I couldn't find it in the menu (maybe my mistake ..). If the dessert had been a little more decorated, I would certainly have put 5 stars! For the rest, everything was perfect and the price was right, highly recommended

Un posto carino, buona la carne era buona ma mancava un po' di personalità e il risotto era buono ma porzione piccola pensando che in due abbiamo pagato 55€. Il dolce invece molto buono. Trattoria in the center of Novara where you can taste the tradition. A nice place, good the meat was good but lacked a bit of personality and the risotto was good but small portion considering that we paid 55 € for two. The dessert, on the other hand, is very good.
