All'inizio dell'aperitivo ci è stato offerto un tagliere (di loro iniziativa), pensavamo fosse offerto dalla casa e invece lo hanno messo in conto insieme al tagliere che avevamo ordinato. Forse sarebbe meglio chiarire il funzionamento dell'aperitivo ai clienti in questo posto.
Il pane di accompagnamento orrendo. Una buona scelta di vini
The platter was ok but the experience could have been better. At the beginning of the aperitif we were offered a cutting board (on their own initiative), we thought it was offered by the house and instead they billed it together with the cutting board we had ordered. Perhaps it would be better to clarify the functioning of the aperitif to the customers in this place.
The accompanying bread is horrendous. A good choice of wines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the salumeria was so helpful and friendly, absolutely amazing. In spite of my really limited Italian he managed to recommend different high quality meats and wine. Until I tried the gorgonzola he offered, I guess I can comfortably say I had never really tried gorgonzola. Highly recommended and a wonderful location!
