★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È vero: ci sono articoli speciali e molto belli ma non sono affatto gentili! Ci sono stata parecchie volte ma credo proprio che dopo l' esperienza di oggi non ci metterò più piede. Utilizzano gli oggetti in vendita per arredare il negozio e poi te li vendono così come sono, stropicciati, segnati, impolverati e forse persino rovinati. Ho dovuto comprare ugualmente la merce perché non potevo più cercare una alternativa ma sono dispiaciuta di averlo fatto! Sono stati scorretti e scortesi: almeno avessero fatto il gesto di riconoscere la loro mancanza di professionalità offrendo un piccolo sconto....Pur amando i piccoli negozi di città e solidarizzando con i proprietari contro i grandi centri commerciali che portano loro via la clientela, devo dire che non si può trattare male il cliente e poi lamentarsi.
It is true: there are special and very beautiful articles but they are not at all kind! I have been there several times but I believe that after today's experience I will never set foot on it again. They use the objects for sale to furnish the shop and then sell them to you as they are, crumpled, marked, dusty and perhaps even ruined. I still had to buy the goods because I could no longer look for an alternative but I am sorry I did! They were unfair and unkind: at least they had made the gesture of recognizing their lack of professionalism by offering a small discount .... While loving small town shops and solidarity with the owners against the large shopping centers that take their customers away, I must say that the customer cannot be treated badly and then complain.
