Da sottolineare la grande competenza e attenzione verso le richieste del cliente dimostrata nella cura dei vari trattamenti e sedute ma anche nella capacità di dare consigli sul trattamento dei capelli a seconda delle esigenze personali offrendo anche ottimi prodotti da usare periodicamente per un trattamento ottimale. Dopo mesi sto riscontrando grandi miglioramenti della cura del capello rinvigorito e più sano grazie a ciò. Consiglio vivamente dato i risultati e l'esperienza! Simona è sempre gentile e in grado di accontentare le mie richieste. Inoltre è molto professionale e sempre aggiornata su tagli e colore considerato che frequenta l’accademia di Aldo Coppola. Pubblico una foto di piega e colore dove ha utilizzato la tecnica tam tam. I always go to the salon for creases, cuts and shades. Very nice environment, I am fine. Anzi, una delle sue qualità che apprezzo di più è quella di sapermi consigliare: Massimo, é il momento di tagliare. Oppure: aspetta ancora qualche giorno.... Sono 5 anni che vado da lei a farmi i capelli e sono sempre uscita più che soddisfatta e anche le persone che incontravo per strada mi facevano i complimenti per i capelli chiedendomi dove ero andata a farli. Nonostante io sia tornata a Torino vado comunque da Simona a farmi i capelli più che volentieri nonostante la distanza. Inoltre è una parrucchiera che ti mette a tuo agio e ti consiglia bene per i capelli. I prodotti che ho comprato sono stata io a chiederglieli visto il risultato sui miei capelli. Vi consiglio vivamente questa parrucchiera perché oltre ad essere un luogo accogliente è un ottimo posto per cambiare taglio, colore e stile. When I moved to Novara during a tour of the center I met many hairdressers but as soon as I saw Simona's shop I didn't hesitate to get in to get my hair done. I have been going to her for 5 years to get my hair done and I have always been more than satisfied and even the people I met on the street complimented my hair asking me where I had gone to get it. Although I have returned to Turin, I still go to Simona to get my hair more than happy despite the distance. It is also a hairdresser who puts you at ease and recommends you well for the hair. I bought the products I asked for, seeing the result on my hair. I highly recommend this hairdresser because in addition to being a welcoming place it is an excellent place to change cut, color and style.

Simona, la titolare, riesce a trasmettere molto bene la passione per il suo lavoro, che si traduce in professionalità e grande attenzione alle richieste del cliente. Ho provato altri saloni, prima di trovare Simona, e spesso non mi soddisfaceva il risultato ottenuto. Sono, invece, uscita da “Luna e l’altro” contenta dei miei nuovi capelli. Simona ha saputo ascoltare le mie richieste e consigliarmi al meglio. La mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva, non posso che consigliare questo salone ???
