Il proprietario e il suo staff sono riusciti subito a farci sentire di nuovo a Roma sia con l'accoglienza che con il cibo da 10 e lode! Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto, due primi e due dolci..tutto davvero ottimo! Da tornarci sicuramente! If you want to eat typical Roman dishes this is the right place! The owner and his staff immediately managed to make us feel back in Rome both with the welcome and with the 10 and praise food! We ordered an appetizer, two starters and two desserts .. all really great! Definitely to go back!

Dalla pinsa, ai primi (carbonara, cacio e pepe, pasta alla gricia) ed i secondi (saltimbocca, abbacchio, ecc...), questo locale permette di provare i classici in un'atmosfera sobria ed informale. Ottimo anche il servizio. Raccomandato! Finally also in Novara a restaurant that offers typical Roman cuisine of quality at reasonable prices. Il locale di presenta bene, le tovaglie e le foto ricordano le osterie di Trastevere, gli arredi, per spirito di adeguamento, di ricordano più i ristoranti Milanesi. I primi piatti si presentano bene, abbondanti e la qualità e' buona (se qualcuno e' stato di Roma dissentira', ma ricordiamoci di essere al Nord). Il servizio e' nella norma. Comunque ci voleva un'osteria Romana, ora si spera che diventi più verace An excellent idea is to open a Roman tavern in a middle-class city. Personale gentile, che senza prenotazione ci ha chiamato appena liberato un tavolo. Piatti tipici della tradizione romana a prezzi adeguati. Il menù risulta esser vario e ricco di pietanze Romane in cui i sapori si riscoprono tutti. Il servizio è rapido ma a tratti confusionario e l'igiene non è sempre impeccabile visto che alcune posate e piatti risultavano esser sporchi...
