La visita accurata permette di scegliere le lenti correttive più adatte alla correzione dei propri difetti visivi. Ed infine la scelta della montatura è una fase importante ed è qui che il personale qualificato ti può consigliare quale è la più adatta al tuo look senza trasmetterti l'ansia della scelta; al termine te la regolano minuziosamente per renderti confortevole la calzata. Ringrazio tutto il personale che mi ha accolto e guidato nella scelta dei miei nuovi occhiali da vista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di Novara al limite dell inconpetenza, ordinato a giugno occhiale da sole e dopo 3 settimane non arrivato, e quindi ordine annullato, ad agosto porto i miei occhiali da vista a cambiare le lenti mettendo quelle top di gamma per ben 3 volte spaccano le lenti al montaggio ( mai successo in 30 anni che porto gli occhiali) e dopo 1 mese lascio perdere e cambiamo ottico,mai più da loro meglio pagare 50 euro in più ma aver un servizio professionale.. vergognatevi!!
Novara shop on the verge of incompetence, ordered sunglasses in June and after 3 weeks not arrived, and then order canceled, in August I take my prescription glasses to change the lenses by putting the top-of-the-range ones 3 times they break the lenses to the assembly (never happened in 30 years that I wear glasses) and after 1 month I give up and change opticians, never again from them better to pay 50 euros more but have a professional service .. shame on you !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti per l'efficienza e la professionalità. Mi hanno sostituito un occhiale dopo un'anno e mezzo perché si stava scrostando la vernice in alcuni punti. Tutto risolto nel giro di 5 minuti. Montatura nuova con montaggio delle mie lenti. Sicuramente acquisterò ancora da voi.
Congratulations on your efficiency and professionalism. They replaced a pair of glasses after a year and a half because the paint was peeling in places. All solved within 5 minutes. New frame with my lenses mounted. I will definitely buy from you again.
