Tutte le volte che abbiamo dovuto scegliere degli occhiali ci ha mostrato le infinite possibilità e ci ha suggerito quelle che più si adattavano ai nostri standard, non occupandosi solo di vendere un prodotto ma di darci tutti i motivi necessari per sceglierlo rispetto ad un altro, il che è esattamente quello che cerchiamo quando vogliamo acquistare qualcosa di qualità ed è anche parametro per giudicare la preparazione del personale, che in questo negozio è veramente perfetta, ci siamo veramente stupiti per la preparazione di Anna in tutti gli ambiti, ad ogni nostra domanda aveva una risposta più che soddisfacente pronta, partendo da domande banali come lo stile degli occhiali fino ad arrivare a consigli più precisi sull'occhiale stesso e sui trattamenti da applicare alle lenti. La gioia e l'impegno che mette nel suo lavoro sono particolarmente spiccate nella sua personalità solare e la sua dedizione al lavoro e stata apprezzata e ci ha stupito.
Siamo molto contenti del servizio e che abbiamo ricevuto e sicuramente torneremo a fare visita quando ne avremo bisogno o anche solo per salutare il personale che svolge un lavoro egregio. Tutto lo staff è stato veramente impeccabile nel suo lavoro, svolto con professionalità ma anche con simpatica amorevolezza e spensieratezza.

Every time we had to choose glasses he showed us the infinite possibilities and suggested the ones that best suited our standards, not only dealing with selling a product but giving us all the necessary reasons to choose it over another, the which is exactly what we are looking for when we want to buy something of quality and it is also a parameter for judging the preparation of the staff, which in this shop is truly perfect, we were truly amazed by Anna's preparation in all areas, to our every question she had a more than satisfactory answer ready, starting from trivial questions such as the style of the glasses up to more precise advice on the glasses themselves and on the treatments to be applied to the lenses. The joy and commitment he puts into his work are particularly marked in his sunny personality and his dedication to work was appreciated and amazed us.
We are very happy with the service and that we have received and will certainly return to visit when we need it or just to greet the staff who do an excellent job. All the staff were truly impeccable in their work, carried out with professionalism but also with friendly kindness and lightheartedness.

Avrà fatto provare a mia figlia 20 montature e con tanta pazienza è riuscita a trovare la più adatta a lei. Antonio invece si è occupato della visita. Un ottico eccellente che ha fatto un controllo della vista accuratissimo e scrupoloso. Molto gentile, professionale e preparato. I costi contenuti completano il mio giudizio a 5 stelle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono felice di poter dare cinque stelle a chi lavora in questo negozio, in particolare alla Sig.ra Anna D’Amore, per trattamento ricevuto in un un frangente che mi vedeva in gran difficoltà. Sono di Roma e mi trovavo a Novara una decina di giorni fa per la dipartita della mia mamma. Come accade sovente nella vita le cose non vengono mai sole e mi sono ritrovata sul più bello con il mio unico paio di occhiali rotto il giorno prima del funerale… il lunedì mattino a Novara i negozi sono chiusi, vado al centro commerciale, unica speranza in quei tristi frangenti. Mi riceve una signora dagli occhi azzurri come il cielo che con estrema gentilezza ha capito il mio piccolo grande dramma. In men che non si dica mi ha trovato un paio di occhiali quasi identici al mio, mi ha adattato in maniera perfetta le mie lenti (togliendomi pure qualche graffio) e mi ha riconsegnato il tutto a tempo di record. Non dimenticherò mai il conforto di quello sguardo colmo di comprensione per la mia situazione e per la gentile solerzia col quale è stato amabilmente risolto il tutto. Consiglio questo negozio non solo per essere bellissimo e molto fornito ma anche per le capacità professionali indubbie e per la grande umanità. Cose non sempre riscontrabili altrove! In uno dei momenti più dolenti della mia vita ho incontrato un angelo…D’Amore! Grazie!!!

I am from Rome and I was in Novara about ten days ago due to the death of my mother. As often happens in life, things never come alone and I found myself at the best with my only broken pair of glasses the day before the funeral ... on Monday morning in Novara the shops are closed, I go to the shopping center, my only hope in those sad situations. A lady with eyes as blue as the sky receives me who with extreme kindness has understood my little big drama. In no time at all he found me a pair of glasses almost identical to mine, he fitted my lenses perfectly (even taking off a few scratches) and handed them all back to me in record time. I will never forget the comfort of that look full of understanding for my situation and for the kind diligence with which everything was amiably resolved. I recommend this shop not only for being beautiful and very well stocked but also for the undoubted professional skills and for the great humanity. Things not always found elsewhere! In one of the most painful moments of my life I met an angel ... Of Love! Thank you!!!
