★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfortunate. Purchased a pair of designer boots which never arrived. Currently having to raise a dispute with Paypal. No response to messages and now the email address for customer care is non responsive. can't reach them by phone either. I think this might be a scam front....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The order status will be always Awaiting for paypal payment for couple days until you contact them. Then they will cancel your orders. My first order, the reason is out of stock. Give another try but no luck. After asking order status for my second order, the next day, received an email saying your order is cancelled. hahaha. This business is pretty Shady. it seems like they dont like to take paypal, so when your money's gone, it's gone..!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam Alert!!!! My order: HARRECQTL. They sell me demo show room shoes with deep creases and accuse me worn that. I reported the issue immediately after I received the shoes. It’s impossible that I wear that. They blocked me IG and FB, they deleted my review while they can’t delete me here. Report this business to Italy and your local Consumer Protection Agency. Report their FB and Google page for scam business if you have similar experience. Now they never reply me and no compensation no return. Their IG has full of trolls, too. Many their own worker gives likes on their page. DO BUT FROM HERE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent me the wrong size jeans and agreed to refund once the item was returned. 2 weeks since they have received the jeans back and I still have no refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal and have already filed a dispute. Don't deal with these clowns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me a show room products and accused me wearing it since one shoe has a lot of creases and wrinkles upon arrival an another shoe is perfectly smooth. Now, they blocked me on Instagram since I left a bad comment. Their customer service never reply me after accusation of me. No reply, no solution, no compensation. Report this store to Italy and your country’s Consumer Protection Agency if you had similar bad experience, ask them to take down their site. The picture below was took one day after I received the product, only right shoe has creases as shown, the left shoe is perfect. It is a store display shoes used for in-store customer to try on and they sell it as “brand new”.

I was looking for a pair of Alexandre vauthier mules pink... a specific model. I couldn’t find my size 40. I ended up on Il Duomo. Literally in 5 days it was shipped “carefully” from Italy to Belgium.
Do not hesitate. Right model Right size it was just perfect! So so so grateful
And on top of that i had a very good discount! Just go for it. Do not hesitate!!!! And thank you Il Duomo. I ll buy with you again xx
