★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto all'ottica Tamantini per un paio di occhiali da vista ed ho riscontrato professionalità nelle misurazioni per le nuove lenti e cortesia nel seguire le esigenze del cliente nella scelta della montatura.
I turned to the Tamantini optics for a pair of eyeglasses and I found professionalism in the measurements for new lenses and courtesy in following the customer's needs in the choice of the frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possiedono esperienza e competenza tecnica ma non dovrebbero modificare le prescrizioni dell'oculista (convinto ad aumentare la gradazione di un progressivo mi sto trovando male e sono stato biasimato, a gran ragione, dal medico)
Quando tutto va bene sono gentilissimi e squisiti ma, purtroppo, al primo problema ho sperimentato una pessima gestione del caso e del cliente. Sono stato trattato male per aver semplicemente segnalato, dopo 4 giorni, un piccolo graffio su lente Zeiss che poteva essere presente gia' in consegna, avendo nel frattempo osservato un'attenzione davvero maniacale per un simile investimento (pagati 1.200 euro per occhiale + cambio lenti)
They have experience and technical expertise but they should not change the prescriptions of the ophthalmologist (convinced to increase the gradation of a progressive I am finding myself ill and I have been blamed, with great reason, by the doctor)
When all is well I am very kind and exquisite but, unfortunately, at the first problem I experienced a very bad case and customer management. I was badly treated for simply reporting, after 4 days, a small scratch on a Zeiss lens that could already be present, having in the meantime observed a really obsessive attention for such an investment (paid 1,200 euros for glasses + lenses change) )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta all'ottica Tamantini per farmi fare un nuovo paio di occhiali, ed ho riscontrato cordialità, professionalità ed interesse per le esigenze del cliente, devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene; gli occhiali sono perfetti, non ho avuto alcun problema, anche il mio moroso si è fatto fare gli occhiali in quest'ottica e pure lui si è trovato molto bene; scrivo questa recensione perché non sono d'accordo con le recensioni aventi poche stelle nelle quali c'è scritto che il personale è scortese, poiché sono tornata per via di una vite che si allentava e nonostante il problema sono stata seguita con cordialità e molta disponibilità.
I turned to Tamantini opticians to get me a new pair of glasses, and I found cordiality, professionalism and interest in the customer's needs, I must say that I found myself very well; the glasses are perfect, I had no problem, even my boyfriend had his glasses made in this light and he too found himself very well; I am writing this review because I do not agree with the reviews having a few stars in which it says that the staff is rude, as I returned due to a screw that was loosening and despite the problem I was followed with cordiality and a lot of availability .
