★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gondola trip was only 23 minutes instead of 30 as announced. The guy wouldn’t take a picture for my father. His answer was rude: “it’s hot”. Seriously didn’t feel welcomed.
Also, they push you to buy the more expensive trip. When the 1st one didn’t succeed, they sent a 2nd guy with the same pushy attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged us 120 for 40 minutes for 5 people during the daytime. Was only noticed during the trip it was advertised as 80 for 30 mins day trip and 120 for 30 minutes night trip. Max it should have been was 100 euro. Tried explaining this to the driver but he insisted and extra 10 minutes should mean 40 euro Ridiculous prices. Stay away, much cheaper elsewhere.
