Lower rates than the competition and excellent service: the time paid actually corresponds to the duration of the tour, which is by no means obvious. Franco is a legend, seeing is believing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this place to get a gondola was recommended in our hotel. I am disappointed a lot about the service. The ride in between canals is very charming but the person who was a gondolier was really poor. Didn’t want to talk with us about the history of Venice. I asked him “please tell us more about Venice” he told me” I will say if there will be more to say”. I guess over a 1000 years of history is enough to have 30 min conversation! On my question how people were getting water here he said that he was not here this time and few more answers to my questions considered by me to be rude. So just have in your mind that you will see the canals and get a ride with gondola but don’t expect having friendly conversation and getting to know more than pointing you places. Finishing our ride we were getting out of the gondola next to other one and people inside there were arguing about quality of service. The ride was 120euro.
