★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vero e proprio paese dei balocchi, fornitissimo di ogni ben di Dio in fatto di giochi e libri per bambini, tanto che anche un adulto si perderebbe volentieri tra le corsie. Consigliatissimo.
 A real country of toys, well-stocked with every thing of God in terms of games and books for children, so much so that even an adult would gladly get lost in the wards. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione del negozio, volevo fare la lista nascita, ma l'unica adetta che poteva aiutarmi a farla doveva stare alla cassa perché nessun altro dei sui colleghi poteva stare li. In più volevo prendere il latte artificiale per mio figlio, e il prezzo esposto non corrispondeva al prezzo alla cassa.
Bad organization of the shop, I wanted to make the birth list, but the only assistant who could help me make it had to stay at the cashier because no other of her colleagues could stay there. Plus I wanted to get infant formula for my child, and the price displayed didn't match the price at the checkout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si acquista trio per neonati, approfittando di un’offerta e facendosi caricare i punti per poi poterne usufruire per eventuali sconti. Sembrerebbe semplice, ma non è così. I punti non vengono caricati, quando viene fatta notare la cosa si cerca di rimediare con mail e telefonate, infine, quando tutto sembrava a posto con tanto di mail del direttore, lo sconto non può essere utilizzato perché i punti scaduti. Dicono di averci avvertiti con diverse telefonate... mmh, non ci sembra affatto di averle ricevute. Sia chiaro: per un buono da 10 euro non faccio di certo una guerra, ma il tempo perso e la presa in giro restano e pesano. Pessimo servizio.
You buy trio for newborns, taking advantage of an offer and getting the points loaded to then be able to use them for possible discounts. It would seem simple, but it is not so. The points are not loaded, when it is pointed out the thing one tries to remedy with mails and phone calls, finally, when everything seemed to place with a lot of mail of the director, the discount cannot be used because the points expired. They say they warned us with several phone calls ... mmh, we don't think we received them at all. Let me be clear: for a 10 euro voucher I certainly do not make a war, but lost time and teasing remain and weigh. Bad service.

Very well stocked however some of the things cost too much like a playstation 4 game which cost 60 or so but the game is 3 almost 4 years old ...
