★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conosco gli altri dipendenti, ma il ragazzo che è capitato a me (barba e ciuffo) è stato molto disponibile e gentile. A differenza di quella che ho avuto con il gamestop di Fermo, dove ho avuto una brutta esperienza con un dipendente ripetutasi più volte. Ce ne fossero di ragazzi così in giro! per il resto solita franchigia sparsa nel mondo.
 I don't know the other employees, but the guy who happened to me (beard and tuft) was very helpful and kind. Unlike the one I had with the Fermo gamestop, where I had a bad experience with an employee repeated several times. There were guys like that around! for the rest, the usual franchise spread around the world.

Nessuna disponibilità da parte del personale, a me hanno venduto un gioco al posto di un altro e quando sono tornato per cambiarlo si sono anche irritati dicendo che non era possibile farlo perchè erano passate 24 ore.
Non ci metto più piede.
Se posso suggerire molto meglio prenderli online i giochi.
Certi negozi dovrebbero solo chiudere. !!
Bad !!. If I could I would give ZERO stars.
No availability from the staff, they sold me a game instead of another and when I came back to change it they were also irritated saying that it was not possible to do it because 24 hours had passed.
I don't set foot anymore.
If I can suggest much better take them online games.
Some stores should only close. !!

Poco disponibili a seguire nuovi clienti o quelli inesperti di videogames (per esempio chi acquista un regalo a un nipotino!). Non cambiano merce dopo solo 7 giorni. Scobsiglio vivamente questo negozio.
Bad experience. Unfriendly staff, impatient and sometimes arrogant attitude. Little available to follow new customers or those inexperienced of videogames (for example those who buy a gift to a grandchild!). They do not change merchandise after only 7 days. I strongly recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per ordinare una ps5 devi per forza rendere una 4 , e prenderla per forza in bundle con giochi e altro.....e certo non si trova e se la vuoi devi cedere al "ricatto"....e spendere 780,00.... la commessa molto gentilmente si è dispiaciuta che non la potessi ordinare (prima spennano i clienti con la 4 perche guadagnano anche li)....DISPIACE ANCHE A ME CHE L' UNICO CHE HA CAPITO BENE IL COMMERCIO SI CHIAMA AMAZON.... E VI FARA' SEMPRE PIU' MALE SE NON METTETE POLITICHE COMMERCIALI CORRETTE E SEGUITE IL CLIENTE CON PERSONALE QUALIFICATO E PREPARATO!!!
to order a ps5 you have to make a 4, and take it as a bundle with games and more ..... and certainly it is not found and if you want it you have to give in to "blackmail" .... and spend 780.00 .... the saleswoman very kindly regretted that I could not order it (first they pluck customers with the 4 because they also earn them) .... I ALSO SORRY THAT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS UNDERSTANDED THE TRADE WELL IS AMAZON .... AND IT WILL DO YOU MORE AND MORE HARM IF YOU DO NOT PUT CORRECT COMMERCIAL POLICIES AND FOLLOW THE CUSTOMER WITH QUALIFIED AND PREPARED STAFF !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché di meno non posso dare. Mi hanno venduto un joystick per la nintendo che va attaccato sul televisore senza accennare minimamente alla cosa. Mi ha chiesto se volevo la card senza accennare minimamente che era a pagamento (25 euro).
