★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono appena uscita dopo aver avuto un brutto diverbio con la signora Fabiana. Dovevo utilizzare un buono sconto ma il direttore non mi aveva avvisata dell'utilizzo del buono, per cui alla cassa ho avuto problemi nell'utilizzo dello stesso. Alla fine il buono andava utilizzato per un prodotto in offerta, quindi per non ritornare nel negozio pur essendo quasi ora di chiudere mi sono apprestata a prendere la prima cosa non in offerta. Nel cercare i prodotti non in offerta una commessa, che si è rifiutata di dare il suo nome e non aveva il tesserino che potesse renderla riconoscibile, mi ha invitata con modi poco cortesi all'uscita. Non faccio mai acquisti in negozi in orari di chiusura, ma considerato che sarei dovuta tornare appositamente per spendere il buono, ho fatto presente che se fossi stata informata correttamente riguardo l'utilizzo non ci sarebbero stati problemi. La signora Fabiana ha comunque continuato con un'arroganza assurda a invitarmi ad uscire, chiedendomi dove avessi passato la giornata considerato che il negozio è aperto dalla mattina, e non contenta mi ha poi raggiunto alla cassa per poter continuare a urlarmi contro, nonostante l'avessi consigliata di tornare a fare il suo lavoro facendola finita lì. Al momento erano presenti le sue colleghe che dopo che ho spiegato che un'atteggiamento del genere era inappropriato l'hanno invitata a tornare a fare ciò che faceva, così si è allontanata continuando a sbraitare come fosse al mercato. Non credo che tornerò nel negozio ma farò acquisti tramite il sito. E se poi i negozi chiudono.... Pace. D'altronde non è che i clienti abbiano sempre ragione, ma io non essendo stata dovutamente informata ho fatto un acquisto che non era possibile fare con il buono, avendo anche io avuto una perdita inutile di tempo che sommata all'arrabbiatura non possono certamente farmi recensire positivamente il negozio.

At the time her colleagues were present and after I explained that such an attitude was inappropriate they invited her to go back to doing what she was doing, so she moved away and continued ranting how she was at the market. I do not think I'll be back in the store and will make purchases through the site. And if the shops close ... Pace. On the other hand it is not that the customers are always right, but not having been duly informed I made a purchase that was not possible with the voucher, having also had a useless loss of time that added to the anger cannot certainly make me review the store positively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente di far caso agli sconti che vengono applicati sui prodotti, avevo trovato un articolo che mi interessava a quasi la metà del prezzo ma una volta alla cassa mi è stato detto che per quel capo non era previsto alcuno sconto essendoci stato un errore nel piazzamento delle etichette.
Sarà stato un errore ma sono rimasto deluso.
I highly recommend paying attention to the discounts that are applied to the products, I had found an item that interested me at almost half the price but once at the checkout I was told that there was no discount for that item as there was an error in the placement labels.
It must have been a mistake but I was disappointed.

Shop that I personally don't like. The clothes are of poor quality extremely synthetic and amxhe not too beautiful.
