V	Veronica Bracalente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande centro commerciale con una bella galleria, con delle zone ristoro e bagni. Ampio parcheggio ma non coperto. Large shopping mall with a nice gallery, with refreshment areas and bathrooms. Ample parking but not covered.

Il centro commerciale è poco attraente ed il punto vendita spazio Conad, nonostante la recente ristrutturazione non mi sembra pratico, con un lay-out dei reparti non funzionali. I arrived in the late afternoon and it seemed to me that it was located in a very dark suburban shopping area! Honestly not very captivating! The shopping center is not very attractive and the Conad space store, despite the recent renovation, does not seem practical to me, with a lay-out of non-functional departments.

Banco gastronomia, prodotti da forno, macelleria e reparto pescheria molto forniti con personale molto gentile e disponibile. ??? Nice shopping mall. Accompagno mia madre anziana quasi ottantenne perché è venuta a conoscenza che il mercoledì agli over 65 dedicano uno sconto del 10% sull'intera spesa. Facciamo la tessera, facciamo una spesa conspicua per due anziani., quando arriviamo alla fine con il pagamento... Niente Sconto..!! Chiediamo spiegazioni alla cassiera e ci liquida dicendo che la nostra tessera non era attiva spedendoci al box informazioni quasi seccata. Arrivati li... sorpresa..!! Tessera assolutamente attiva, quindi ci prova a dar motivazione che la tessera sullo scontrino non era la nostra ma un'altra senza diritto a questo sconto..!! Risposta a mio avviso "MOLTO GRAVE"..!!!!! Non voglio approfondire, sono esausto, ma mi spiace molto per mia medre ché è rimasta delusa e amareggiata non per lo sconto ma per la presa in giro. SICURO NON METTERÒ PIÙ PIEDE IN QUESTO SPAZIO CONAD ..!! Ma ci penserò "molto bene" prima di entrare in un altro spazio CONAD in giro per l'Italia..!!! Spiacente per tutte le altre persone professionali ed oneste che ci lavorano. I am really disappointed and embittered because because of one person there are so many honest workers who go to work every day to always give their best. I accompany my almost eighty-year-old elderly mother because she learned that on Wednesdays for over 65s they dedicate a 10% discount on their entire shopping. We do the card, we do a conspicuous shopping for two elderly people., When we arrive at the end with the payment ... No Discount .. !! We ask the cashier for explanations and she liquidates us by saying that our card was not active, sending us to the information box almost annoyed. Arrived there ... surprise .. !! Card absolutely active, so we try to give reasons that the card on the receipt was not ours but another without the right to this discount .. !! Answer in my opinion "VERY SERIOUS" .. !!!!! I don't want to go into it, I'm exhausted, but I'm very sorry for my medre because she was disappointed and embittered not for the discount but for the mockery. SURE I WILL NEVER PUT FOOT IN THIS SPACE CONAD .. !! But I will think about it "very well" before entering another CONAD space around Italy .. !!!
