★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per via di un reso ,la responsabile gentilissima ma la commessa in turno mi ha detto in modo altezzoso che non potevo usare la cabina armadio (ero già dentro) mancavano 10 minuti alla chiusura,non ha aspettato nemmeno che io fossi fuori e ha spento le luci,ho preso il primo che mi è capitato per uscire in fretta il che non mi è andato bene ma tanto non tornerò di sicuro.
I went because of a return, the manager was very kind but the saleswoman on shift told me haughtily that I could not use the walk-in closet (I was already inside) it was 10 minutes to close, she didn't even wait for me to be outside and she I turned off the lights, I took the first one that happened to me to get out in a hurry which did not go well but I will not return for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stelle per i prodotti e per alcune commesse davvero gentili e disponibili, purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa di una commessa che questa mattina (15.12) alla mia richiesta di aiuto si è girata e scocciata mi ha chiesto di cosa avessi bisogno, portandomi al pantalone della tuta (che avevo chiesto) e lasciandomi li scappando verso i camerini, senza darmi la possibilità di chiedere se ne avessero avuto anche di un altro tipo, ringrazio invece la commessa che mi ha aiutato e risposto alle mie domande nonostante le persone in fila per pagare. Non volevo scrivere questo ma con la stessa ragazza è successo così più di una volta e non lo trovo corretto.
4 stars for the products and for some really kind and helpful orders, unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about a shop assistant who this morning (15.12) turned around at my request for help and asked me what I needed, taking me to the pants of the suit (which I had asked for) and leaving me running away to the dressing rooms, without giving me the opportunity to ask if they had also had another type, instead I thank the saleswoman who helped me and answered my questions despite the people in line to pay. I didn't want to write this but with the same girl this has happened more than once and I don't find it correct.
