★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andati per preventivo su appuntamento, venditore gentile ma l'auto è stata proposta con allestimento da casa madre senza perdere grande tempo su optional o esigenze particolari del cliente. Alla richiesta di test drive, la risposta era che c'era il covid, "non vorremmo mica prendere il covid sotto le feste?" Ci dice di prendere appuntamento con altro collega alcuni giorni dopo. Ritorniamo su appuntamento, nessuno al desk, dopo 5 minuti che girelliamo lí un'amministrativa ci chiede di cosa abbiamo bisogno. Gli spieghiamo dell'appuntamento e cade un po' dalle nuvole, il venditore (probabilmente non sapeva niente e non era stato informato dall'altro venditore) è fuori e tornerà dopo 10 minuti. Aspettiamo ma dopo 45 minuti andiamo via. Una stella in più per un passato glorioso non più attuale.
 Went for a quote by appointment, kind seller but the car was proposed with a set-up by the parent company without wasting much time on options or special needs of the customer. When asked for a test drive, the answer was that there was covid, "don't we want to take covid during the holidays?" He tells us to make an appointment with another colleague a few days later. We return by appointment, no one at the desk, after 5 minutes of wandering there an administrative asks us what we need. We explain to him about the appointment and he falls out of the clouds a bit, the seller (probably didn't know anything and hadn't been informed by the other seller) is out and will be back after 10 minutes. We wait but after 45 minutes we leave. An extra star for a glorious past that is no longer relevant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato altre concessionarie Toyota, ma devo dire che l’unica in cui ho trovato persone competenti e preparate è Scotti 2.0, a partire dall’accoglienza fino ai venditori. Tutti molto chiari ed esaustivi, ma soprattutto GENTILI!
I have tried other Toyota dealerships, but I must say that the only one where I have found competent and prepared people is Scotti 2.0, starting from the welcome to the salespeople. All very clear and exhaustive, but above all KIND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante io sia fiorentino, tutta la mia famiglia, me compreso, ha acquistato dal 2018 a questa parte veicoli Toyota qui. Estremamente gentili nella parte di vendita, che mi ha trattato molto bene dal punto di vista della scelta e dei prezzi, offrono anche una valida officina.
Quattro macchine acquistate e la quinta auto in arrivo sono il miglior consiglio che potrei offrire a chi decidesse di venire qui.
Although I am Florentine, my whole family, including myself, has been buying Toyota vehicles here since 2018. Extremely kind in the sales part, which treated me very well from the point of view of choice and prices, they also offer a valid workshop.
Four cars purchased and the fifth car on the way are the best advice I could offer to anyone who decides to come here.
