Attenzioni verso il cliente solo all'atto dell'acquisto (usato) dopo buio totale .... a seguito di problemi con l'auto totale assenza del venditore in pratica sei nel buio totale almeno che non vai a fare qualche visita di persona ? G	Giulia Bini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mando un'email per sapere se la macchina vista sul loro sito era disponibile, mi rispondono di sì....la mattina chiamo per conferma e in effetti questa macchina è disponibile le spiego il mio problema di poter venire a visionarla a Empoli e si offrono di portarla a grosseto dicendomi "tanto il camion porta altre macchine per la' sento se può caricare anche questa" e aggiungono mi lasci il numero e in giornata le faremo sapere. Passa una mattinata niente.....passa il pomeriggio niente alla fine li ricontatto e mi dicono ancora non si sa niente bisogna aspettare il camionista e poi ho visto che la macchina è stata prenotata da un venditore di Livorno...ma io mi domando e serietà questa cosa? Non potevate dirmelo prima? Invece che far perdere tempo? Poca serietà per me.... e poca organizzazione tra venditori ! La prova del veicolo prima dell'acquisto è stata solo un giro del piazzale giusto per verificare il funzionamento degli organi principali. L'auto mi è stata presentata nello stato in cui il prendere proprietario l'ha lasciata... sporca. Al ritiro l'auto era abbastanza pulita, mancava poco per aggiungere ben pulita.
