Do tre stelle perché mi sono trovata male nel post vendita che forse è anche più importante dell'esperienza di vendita in se. Quando devi comprare è ovvio che trovi tutta la disponibilità del mondo ma se poi ci sono dei problemi? Abbiamo rititato il veicolo a Varese ed una volta a Roma ( l'acquisto è stato fatto a distanza) ci siamo accorti che nel cofano non c'era il pianale, ma solo un tappetino di gomma a separare il cofano dal vano ruota di scorta . Hanno ammesso che il pianale era stato tolto in quanto rotto e non sostituito per dimenticanza, ci hanno però rassicurato sul fatto che sarebbe stato spedito a domicilio, hanno scordato però di indicare un particolare... Che le spese di spedizione sarebbero state a carico nostro:25 euro da dare al corriere al momento della consegna.Contattati per avere spiegazioni si sono giustificati dando la colpa a terzi ( non mi occupo io delle spedizioni , non sapevo adesso mi informo...) e sono poi spariti senza farci sapere più nulla. E se il problema fosse stati più grande? La serietà si vede anche in queste cose. Excellent shopping experience: courteous, fast and helpful. They admitted that the platform had been removed as it was broken and not replaced due to forgetfulness, but they reassured us that it would be sent home, but they forgot to indicate a detail ... That the shipping costs would be borne by us : 25 euros to be given to the courier at the time of delivery Contacted for explanations they justified themselves by blaming third parties (I don't take care of the shipments, I didn't know now, I'll find out ...) and then disappeared without letting us know anything . What if the problem were bigger? The seriousness is also seen in these things.
