On May 3 I went to collect the new car and Marco Togni and all the staff gave us a very pleasant surprise: being our wedding anniversary they welcomed us with a bouquet of flowers for my wife and a bottle of champagne. V	Vittorio Durso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco piu di un anno fa ho scelto da voi un bellissimo discovery 5 per me regolarmente acquistato da una societa di noleggio auto. L' auto cn pochissimi mesi di vita aveva garanzia europea ufficiale per oltre 2 anni come piu volte sostenuto dal sig Togni. Purtroppo dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo in autostrada la vettura si e' incendiata e a nulla e' valso l' intervento dei vigili. Ho subito avvertito i vs uffici, messo a dispozione i resti per una perizia, ma non sono stato mai contattato, ne per informazioni, ne per un' auto sostitutiva, ne per la perizia, ne per altro. Non solo: Alla mia richiesta di un piccolo rimborso per gli effetti personali andati in fiamme mi e' stato risposto per iscritto che il Discovery nn era stato costruito ne commercializzato da voi!!!???!!!! Che dire?? Bisogna sperare di nn avere imprevisti seri?? Da un marchio premium e storico come il vs ci si aspetta ben altro!!!!! A little over a year ago I chose from you a beautiful discovery 5 for me regularly purchased from a car rental company. The car with very few months of life had an official European guarantee for over 2 years as repeatedly claimed by Mr Togni. Unfortunately, after 3 months of use on the motorway the car caught fire and the intervention of the brigade was useless. I immediately contacted your offices, made available the remains for an appraisal, but I was never contacted, neither for information, nor for a replacement car, nor for the appraisal, nor for anything else. Not only that: At my request for a small refund for personal effects that went up in flames, I was told in writing that the Discovery was neither built nor marketed by you !!! ??? !!!! What to say?? Do we have to hope not to have serious unforeseen events? From a premium and historical brand like vs we expect much more !!!!!
