Forse avranno venduto troppe auto oppure ci sono persone di serie A o B! Well done! G	Gianluigi Martinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata nel 2019 e una HR-V di seconda mano, nel periodo trascorso da allora niente di cui lamentarmi (merito solo della qualità del marchio) se non fosse che oggi, recatomi da un concessionario per valutare un nuovo acquisto, scopro che la macchina è stata rimessa a posto (più o meno bene) perché ha subito un incidente che, ovviamente, il venditore ha ben pensato di non esplicitare. Io sono un profano (come tanti) e non mi sono allora reso conto del "ritocco" (porteria posteriore e anteriore, passaruota e portellone) ma immaginavo che un minimo di serietà e professionalità un concessionario ufficiale la dovrebbe dimostrare informando l'acquirente degli eventuali trascorsi del mezzo. Ingenuo io e furbi loro. E pensare che domani sarei passato da loro per valutare l'acquisto di una CR-V ibrida, ma penso proprio che non succederà. Perdere un cliente è davvero semplice. Complimenti. Purchased in 2019 and a second-hand HR-V, in the period since then nothing to complain about (thanks only to the quality of the brand) except today, when I went to a dealer to evaluate a new purchase, I discover that the car is been put back in place (more or less well) because it suffered an accident that, obviously, the seller has thought well not to explain. I am a layman (like many) and I did not realize the "retouching" (rear and front doors, wheel arches and tailgate) but I imagined that an official dealer should demonstrate a minimum of seriousness and professionalism by informing the buyer of any past of the medium. Naive me and smart them. And to think that tomorrow I would have passed by them to evaluate the purchase of a hybrid CR-V, but I really think that will not happen. Losing a customer is really simple.
