Ancient medieval tower in the heart of the city of Monza, kept well enough, too bad that it is surrounded by new buildings hiding its beauty. However, it is worth taking a walk and visiting it.

It is erroneously called "Torre di Teodolinda", but it is a medieval door / tower from the thirteenth century and is located at the end of via Lambro. It was part of the defensive structure of the medieval walled city, later used as a gateway for the transit of goods from the Lambro river to the central squares. With a square plan, it consists of four floors above ground and is characterized on the ground floor by a barrel-vaulted hadron passing along the street. It is private property but can be passed through.
