I miei interlocutori sono stati gentili e competenti abbiamo fissato un appuntamento provato la macchina e deciso velocemente. Consegna avvenuta nei tempi previsti (oltretutto in altra sede più vicina al mio domicilio), agevolandomi in tutto ciò che avevo richiesto. Unica nota negativa è stata l'impossibilità di trattare sul prezzo......ma forse questo è un altro elemento di serietà. Ad oggi sono pienamente soddisfatto.
I bought a used Nissan Qashqai 1.6 a week ago and I was able to see the company's great organization in responding promptly to my requests via email. My interlocutors were kind and competent, we made an appointment and tried the machine and decided quickly. Delivery took place on schedule (plus in another location closer to my home), facilitating me in everything I had requested. The only negative note was the impossibility of negotiating on the price ...... but perhaps this is another element of seriousness. To date I am fully satisfied.

Mi ha seguito Alessandro con grande competenza e pazienza . La comunicazione è avvenuta in gran parte a distanza visto che vivo in un’altra città quindi ne ho apprezzato anche la grande disponibilità . La concessionaria , L officina e L amministrazione mi hanno accolta e accontentata in tutto e di più. Ho trovato professionalità ,gentilezza e tantissima competenza. Esperienza molto più che positiva
Last Tuesday I contacted Tosoni Auto in Sarteano and already yesterday (less than a week later) I was able to collect my fantastic new juke. Alessandro followed me with great competence and patience. Communication took place largely from a distance since I live in another city so I also appreciated its great availability. The dealership, the workshop and the administration welcomed me and satisfied me in everything and more. I found professionalism, kindness and a lot of competence. Much more than positive experience

After an "encounter" with a wild boar I turned to the repair shop. The staff as well as being very kind have repaired the car in the morning in a perfect way. Professional with great prices. Thanks to Andrea, the foreman and all the staff.
