Dopo essere stato soccorso sull'autostrada, sono stato portato dal carro attrezzi (non di stefauto) a questo officina, in quanto centro autorizzato leasys. Bene dopo aver fatto spazientire il carrista per la lunga attesa, gli hanno fatto scaricare l'auto FUORI. Il carrista a questo punto è andato via ed io ho entrato l auto dentro. Solo che una volta chieste informazioni e dopo aver fatto presente che una signora ha avuto una corsia preferenziale in quanto arrivata dopo di me e servita prima, sono stato aggredito con toni alti e minacciosi dal titolare, il quale ha cacciato me e l auto fuori dalla sua officina. State alla larga da questa gente che non merita une anche la peggiore delle clientele .
Arrogant owner rude and intimidating. After being rescued on the highway, I was taken by the tow truck (not stefauto) to this workshop, as an authorized leasys center. Well after making the truck driver impatient for the long wait, they let him dump the car OUTSIDE. At this point the truck driver left and I entered the car inside. Only that once asked for information and after having pointed out that a lady had a fast track as it arrived after me and served before, I was attacked with high and threatening tones by the owner, who drove me and the car out of his workshop. Stay away from these people who don't even deserve the worst clientele.

Un cliente che entra dall'ingresso vuole sentirsi considerato: anche se un impiegato è oberato di lavoro, un sorriso o un cenno del capo possono essere sufficienti a trasmettere attenzione. Al di là di questo, reputo l'assistenza professionalmente valida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho subito un furto della mia auto, tramite il mio avvocato lo portata da loro visto che non mi conveniva sistemarla ho deciso di darla via, non volevo riprendere un altra Fiat quindi ho deciso di portarla via pagare il posteggio e basta. Invece loro anno fatto il preventivo senza il mio consenso di un valore del 5% sul preventivo, un preventivo di 18000€ gonfiato perché dovevano rubarmi i soldi quindi 860 più o meno più il posteggio mi hanno rubato 990€ senno la macchina non me la ridava, ho chiamato anche le forze dell’ordine ma non potevano intervenire bho. sono dei cafoni e sconsiglio assolutamente. Andate a San Salvo che risparmiate sia sul nuovo e usato e sono più gentili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service! Fabulous mechanics repaired our motorhome clutch in 2 hrs! We had to wait 1 day for the part (because we are right hand drive) but that was easy. The staff were incredibly helpful despite nobody speaking English (google translate used!). Excellent price too. Highly recommend.
