Nn avendo la possibilità di risolvere il nostro problema si sono prodigati per darci una mano telefonando alle varie officine della zona e addirittura accompagnandoci personalmente presso un'officina. Quindi veramente grazie a tutto lo staff per la cortesia. We stopped at this dealership thinking it also had a workshop because we had a sudden breakdown in the car. Not having the opportunity to solve our problem, they did their utmost to give us a hand by calling the various workshops in the area and even personally accompanying us to a workshop. So really thanks to all the staff for their kindness.

Mi hanno creato problemi non indifferenti sotto covid con l'acquisto della nuova autovettura. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO IL PUNTO VENDITA. Si spalleggiano tra loro negando persino le evidenze dei fatti. MEGLIO EVITARE ACQUISTI In risposta al vostro commento: La vostra risposta fa capire pienamente il modo in cui vi rapportate con il cliente, MALEDUCAZIONE e PRESUNZIONE senza neanche dare le vostre scuse. D'altronde non poteva essere diversamente visti i precedenti con la vostra concessionaria. Motivo in più per farvi conoscere su ogni canale, ne potete stare certi!!! Facile trovare altra concessionaria dove la cortesia è di casa e il personale è a disposizione del cliente e per il cliente. Ancora più facile non venire più da voi per avere poi dei pessimi servizi SALES AND ADMINISTRATION STAFF rude and incompetent. People like that should just change jobs !!! f	filippo 3323 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel punto vendita, ma qualche mese fa ho avuto a che fare con un venditore, mi pare di nome Alessandro, per quanto riguarda l'immatricolazione con le agevolazioni previste dalla L.104 ma era del tutto impreparato e ho capito che in caso di acquisto avrei avuto non pochi problemi. Mi sono rivolto ad un altro concessionario nel Lazio. Nice point of sale, but a few months ago I had to deal with a seller, I think by the name of Alessandro, as regards the registration with the facilities provided for by L.104 but he was completely unprepared and I understood that in case of purchase I would have had quite a few problems. I turned to another dealer in Lazio.

Gala Auto did a great job: they tested the battery and installed a new one, that's it. No upselling, no tricks to change extra expensive parts. Just the battery, an original Opel part, for a good price. All in all we needed just 30 minutes and they even gave us a discount of a few euros. Perfect!!
