Normalmente è chiuso, ma visitabile a richiesta e molto frequentemente ospita sia mostre di arte, particolarmente pregevole la collezione permanente delle opere pittoriche di Prencipe. Ospita anche diversi eventi come convegni, conferenze e concerti. Il palazzo ha subito un bellissimo restauro che coniuga la modernità ed efficienza nel rispetto del contesto storico ed architettonico.
Palazzo in the city center, is the seat of the Foundation of the Cassa di Risparmio di Orvieto. It is normally closed, but can be visited on request and very frequently hosts both art exhibitions, the permanent collection of Prencipe's paintings is particularly valuable. It also hosts various events such as conventions, conferences and concerts. The building has undergone a beautiful restoration that combines modernity and efficiency while respecting the historical and architectural context.
